February the 14th is a date that you either love or hate... whether you were celebrating the day with loved ones, or ignoring it completely I hope you all enjoyed it!! As for me, Chris was working for most of the day- so whilst he was out, I had a baking session with my mum and decided to share it with you all!!
We decided to stick to a basic chocolate cupcake recipe, but before baking our little cakes we mixed both melted and chunks of Flake chocolate through the mixture to make them extra chocolatey!
After piping chocolate butter icing onto our cupcakes we let our creative juices flow and went a bit crazyyyy with the decorations!
The finished product!! Look how prettyyyyyyyy they are. They tasted pretty good too! And Daisy-Mae my little labradoodle pup was sniffing around for one.
Anyway I hope you all had a lovely day whether or not you were celebrating Valentines - and who needs an excuse to stuff your face on cupcakes?! XO Chloe
